My son Henry so loves to be in the kitchen! This morning he made his own smoothie and he even let me give him spinach to add. If you’re a parent like me you know the struggle of getting enough vegetables in your children. I’m always looking for ways to sneak them in. I think the mango flavor of this smoothie was strong enough to cover the spinach so he finished the whole smoothie. He used our new favorite kid safe knives from Curious Chef to chop the pear up himself!

Mango, Pear & Spinach Smoothie
A quick and nutritious breakfast or snack.
- 1 pear, peeled and chopped
- 2 slices frozen mango, about 1/2 cup
- 5-8 spinach leaves, or as much as you want
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- Add all ingredients into blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy.
