These Protein Packed Oatmeal Chocolate Cookies came about as an experiment with the kids in the kitchen and they are delicious! There is NO added sugar or flour either! Plus, the kids loved them.

These cookies are super easy to put together…. all you need to do is combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. You’ll want to be sure to use chocolate protein powder for this recipe to get extra flavor. Our favorite protein powder is this one. Then, scoop into 12 cookies and bake them! Then, try to not eat them all in one sitting!

Protein Packed Oatmeal Chocolate Cookies

Super simple clean eating cookies.

Ingredients

  • 2 over ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients in one bowl. Stir well to combine.
  3. Scoop into 12 cookies and flatten slightly before baking.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes, until slightly firm.
  5. Cool and enjoy!
