This PB&J Protein Smoothie is the perfect snack for after a workout or for an easy breakfast! Plus, it can be put together in just a few minutes. All you will need is some frozen strawberries and bananas, peanut butter, protein powder and almond milk.
To make your PB&J Protein Smoothie, simply put all of your ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. This smoothie can be altered in a few ways by making substitutions to the milk or protein powder based on personal preferences.
In addition, I like to put my bananas in the freezer when they start to get brown. I take off the peel and put them in ziplock bags to make them easy to grab for smoothies. I also do the same with strawberries when they begin to turn instead of throwing them away.

Sweet and salty PB&J Protein Smoothie.
- 3 frozen strawberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1-2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
