Butter, cheese and lots of bacon make these Bacon and Cheese Loaded Mashed Potatoes super delicious. Plus, they super easy to put together!
How to Make Bacon and Cheese Loaded Mashed Potatoes
All you need to do is chop up and boil your potatoes until they are soft. Then, drain them and return them to the pot. Add all of the remaining ingredients and mash until your preferred texture. I prefer to leave the peels on the potatoes for the extra fiber and texture, however feel free to peel away!
This recipe will make a batch large enough for 6-8 people or to have lots for leftovers! Feel free to add more cheese, bacon and sour cream when you serve them. Enjoy!
